Who we're looking for

EACH is looking for Casual Support Workers who have experience and confidence in supporting people who are faced with mental health challenges, under EACH's NDIS Services. We are looking for people who display empathy, model hope and operate free from stigma. If this is you, we think that you will love working with our team to support our clients in making a difference in their lives and in the community. We are looking for skilled workers who can demonstrate building strong relationships and trust with the people they support and empower.
If you're a Support Worker, qualified as Cert III Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability or equivalent, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!Whilst we are looking for people with experience in mental health support, we can also offer additional shifts supporting people with disabilities and older adults - our customers have various support needs.
As part of our NDIS Support Worker team based in Narre Warren and servicing southern Melbourne suburbs, EACH is looking for casual NDIS Support Workers to provide 1:1 psychosocial support, social and community access, transportation, life coaching and planning, making a huge difference to the lives of those with support needs.

What you'll be doing

Customers range from young children to older adults, with a range of support needs, which may include: Physical including mobility, Cognitive and or intellectual, Neurological, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Acquired brain injury, Psychosocial (Mental Health Issues), SensoryWe support our customers under a NDIS plan with shifts ranging from morning, during the day that can cross over into evening shifts and weekends. Work within your lifestyle and availability, although flexibility is appreciated.Who you'll be working with
