About the Company

Mind Australia Limited is a leading community managed specialist mental health service provider. We have been supporting people dealing with the day-to-day impacts of mental illness, as well as their families, friends and carers for 40 years.

About the role

The Rockingham (Kwelena) Step Up Step Down service provides a short stay 24/7 residential service in partnership with the South Metropolitan Health Service, Rockingham Peel Group and Access Housing. • Network with external agencies

  • Assist clients to build networks and support which will help them once they have exited the service

  • Innovative and think outside of the square

  • Challenge yourself and others within the team
