Since 1982 Sacred Heart Mission has been proactively supporting people in our community to find shelter, food and care. We recognise everybody is unique and provide tailored services every day of the year to people experiencing homelessness and disadvantage.
Your new role
Our Sacred Heart Local Program delivers NDIS, CHSP and Consumer Directed Care Packages to older people living in the community to safely maintain their familiar environment for as long as possible.
The Client Liaison Officer is the first point of contact between Sacred Heart Local and our clients. The role is responsible of the administrative processes that keep our program humming behind the scenes and creating a welcoming environment for our clients. We are looking for a people-person to join our team full time who is:
- An experienced administration officer
- Comfortable working with Client Management Systems
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- A fantastic communicator, both written and verbal
- Organised and detail oriented
We are open to a job-share arrangement and two part-time positions.
A typical day would include answering incoming calls, providing information to prospective clients, managing roster changes, and working alongside our staff and volunteers. You will contribute to the maintenance of our Accreditation for the Sacred Heart Local program and ensure our office environment is conducive to clients, staff and visitors.
