We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Educational Program Assistant to work directly with children in one of the five stunning classrooms in our Frankston Early Learning Centre. This full time role supports the Educational Program Leader in the implementation of curriculum and fosters strong connections with children and families through positive interactions.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in working within the National Quality Framework
- Ability to work within and support a child centered curriculum
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of behaviour support, guidance techniques and the development of positive relationships with children and families
