Integrated Placement Prevention & Reunification Services (IPPR)

New innovative program, new therapeutic roles, new opportunity!

IPPR is a newly funded pilot program providing therapeutic assessment
and intensive intervention to children and families. The IPPR team will provide intake and intensive case work services and also partners with other specialist services to provide a unique response to these families needs.

This is a new and cutting edge program where workers will have low case loads and have unique agency resources and networks at their
disposal.

6 roles are available:

2 x Senior Practitioners (Full-Time)
2 x Case Support Workers (Full-Time)
1 x Case Support Worker (0.6 EFT)
1 x Families First Case Support Worker
(Full-Time)

Essential requirements for these roles:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Valid Australian drivers licence

Approved Australian Police Check

Valid Working with Childrens Check

Senior practitioner staff will:

* Provide mentoring support & supervision to case support staff
* Engage vulnerable children, young people and their families in a change process
* Undertake initial assessments and develop child and family action plans
* Coordinate with other services in a care team approach
* Formulate & implement an innovative care plans.

Case support staff will:

* Engage vulnerable children, young people and their families in a change process

* Formulate & implement an innovative care plan
