The Australian Centre for Child Protection is a joint initiative of the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research and the University of South Australia.
This position will work closely with the Workforce Development Leader to undertake activities to enhance the capacity of both traditionally ‘adult’ and ‘child’ focused services and service providers to respond effectively to the needs of both children and families, and to work collaboratively with one another.
Key responsibilities will include consulting with external stakeholders at a national level, preparing high level reports and recommendations and managing workforce development activities.
You will require a high level of professionalism, project management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and a high degree of initiative with the ability to work autonomously. Higher education qualifications in social work, education or the social sciences discipline relating to adult learning and experience in a relevant human services profession are essential.
This is an opportunity to work with one of South Australia's largest employers; a secure, family friendly organisation with excellent employee conditions and generous superannuation benefits.
